Hines Interests Limited Partnership
Hines is a large developer of commercial office space in Atlanta, Georgia.

Our first project with Hines Interest Limited was created using Macromedia Authorware. This presentation was used to prelease space in Two Live Oak while renovations were underway. The presentation capabilities included putting the potential lessee's name on the signage and interactive views from top of the building. Before and architectural after images explained the proposed renovation clearly. The presentation included: an interactive tour of the building, floor plans, systems animations, access routes, local amenities, the architect's information and photos of other completed Hines projects. The image below represents the presentation's Main Menu.

The images below are from a presentation used by Hines Interests Limited to market three separate construction projects with a consistent look and feel throughout the entire presentation.

Microsoft PowerPoint was used to create the Perimeter Summit, Deerfield and Overton Park presentations which were all linked with another PowerPoint presentation that served as a menu.

Note: Please use Microsoft Internet Explorer to view the PowerPoint file. Although the file may be generated to view on both Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, we have chosen to generate it for viewing only with Microsoft Internet Explorer. This was a conscious decision. Why? The file size is smaller and it displays better. Frames may be sized when viewing with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
